Refined Rides Mobile Detailing - Terms and Conditions
1. Service Agreement
By booking an appointment with Refined Rides Mobile Detailing ("we," "us," "our"), the customer ("you," "your") agrees to the terms and conditions outlined below.
2. Vehicle Condition and Pre-Inspection
All vehicles are subject to a pre-inspection prior to any services being performed. You are required to inform us of any pre-existing damage, defects, or concerns with your vehicle. Refined Rides Mobile Detailing is not liable for damage not disclosed prior to the service.
3. Additional Charges
If your vehicle requires extra labor, excessive cleaning, or the removal of stubborn stains, odors, or contaminants, an additional work charge will apply. This can range from $20 to $200, depending on the condition and time required. You will be notified and asked for approval before any additional charges are applied.
4. Access, Water, and Electricity Requirements
You must provide a safe, legal location with sufficient space for our vehicle and access to the vehicle being serviced. Additionally, you are required to provide a reliable source of water and electricity upon our arrival to ensure the job can be completed efficiently. Failure to provide these may result in delays or additional fees.
5. Appointment Changes and Cancellations
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee. If we arrive at your location and are unable to complete the service due to inaccessible vehicles, unsafe working conditions, absence, or lack of water/electricity access, a $40 call-out fee may apply.
6. Liability
We take every precaution to ensure your vehicle is treated with care. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, manufacturer defects, or wear and tear that becomes apparent during the detailing process. This includes, but is not limited to, clear coat failure, paint imperfections, or interior material degradation.
7. Personal Belongings
Please remove all personal items and valuables from your vehicle prior to service. Refined Rides Mobile Detailing is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours of completion. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any issues. After 24 hours, services are considered accepted and final.
9. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payment methods. Non-payment may result in refusal of future services.
10. Changes to Terms
Refined Rides Mobile Detailing reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be made available on our website or upon request.
