Refined Rides Mobile Detailing – Refund Policy
At Refined Rides Mobile Detailing, we take great pride in delivering high-quality car detailing services and ensuring customer satisfaction. Our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and to protect both the customer and our team.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
Substandard Workmanship: If the detailing service provided falls significantly below industry standards, as determined by our team upon review, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund.
Vehicle Damage: If any damage occurs to your vehicle as a direct result of our services, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a refund and/or coverage of repair costs.
2. Inspection and Notification
To be considered for a refund, you must notify us of the issue within 24 hours of service completion. We may request photos, a description of the concern, or a follow-up inspection. Delays in reporting may affect your eligibility for a refund.
3. Other Refund Requests
Refund requests for reasons outside of poor workmanship or damage (e.g., change of mind, missed appointments, dissatisfaction with expected results due to pre-existing conditions) are not automatically eligible for refunds.
These cases will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our founding team, and any decision made will be final.
4. No Refunds Under the Following Circumstances
Failure to provide access to water, electricity, or the vehicle at the time of service
Refusal to allow pre- or post-service inspections
Pre-existing vehicle conditions or damage not disclosed prior to the service
Service complaints made more than 24 hours after completion
5. Resolution Process
If you are unsatisfied with the service received:
Contact us within 24 hours
Provide supporting details (photos, description, etc.)
Allow us the opportunity to inspect and, where applicable, correct the issue
